So, What can Redditch offer in regards to industrial premises..?
Redditch alone has over 600 acres designated for industrial usage – all of which are encompassed within the seven industrial areas known as Enfield, Hunt End, Moons Moat (North, South and East), Lakeside, Park Farm, Ravensbank Business Park and Washford Industrial Estate.

All are within 10-15mins travelling time from the M42 motorway – with good road access into all industrial areas of the town.
Redditch is surrounded by a large road network, consisting mostly of dual carriageways around & through its centre. Do be warned though – once you get into the inner ring-road you will be on the one-way system, which can be a pain-in-the-bum – especially if you don’t have a clue where you are going..!!

The rental cost for industrial premises can range from between £3.00 – £7.00 per square foot per annum (depending on location & premises).

If you are looking for small managed workshop space – then try the Council’s business centres at Heming Road (Washford B98 0DH) or the Rubicon Centre (Lakeside B98 8YP). Space is normally available (even short term) at between 100 – 600 square feet.
